The app does not connect to, read from, analyze, or execute anything on any brokerage, exchange, or other trading account. Everything you enter — check-ins, logged emotions, reflections — is self-reported by you; the app has no visibility into your actual trades or account activity.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to use the Service.
